FREE Wellness Center Orientation Adults & 16+
Take a tour around our Wellness Center
Our staff will help you to get familiar with our cardio quipment and cable weight machines.
Wellness Center Orientation 12-15 Years
- Youth who successfully complete the Youth Strength Training Orientation may use cardio equipment and weight machines in the Wellness Center.
- Orientation includes hands-on experience with fitness training equipment.
- Sign up at Member Service Center of either branch.
- Must be 16 years of age to use the free weights.
The Wausau Wellness Center is equipped with Martrix Cardio and Weight Training Consoles.
