Senior Director of Advancement
Traci is the Senior Director of Advancement at the Woodson YMCA. She is responsible for fundraising efforts through the Y for All Annual Giving Campaign, special events, major gifts, grants, and planned giving, while also overseeing our Membership and Marketing & Communications teams. Traci is passionate about building strong community connections and creating meaningful experiences that inspire people to give back. Prior to the Y, she worked with the Wausau Woodchucks and Wausau Ignite Softball, focusing on fan experiences, sponsorships, ticket sales growth, and community engagement.
She believes relationships are at the heart of successful philanthropy, and welcomes conversations with individuals and partners who want to make a lasting impact through the YMCA and support access for all in our community.
