Homeschool Gym Classes

Ages 5+

Our Homeschool Gymnastics program offers two unique options to keep kids active, engaged, and learning.

The Homeschool Recreational Class focuses on movement, agility, coordination, and body awareness through a variety of fun activities in the gymnastics gym — perfect for students who want to stay active and explore different ways to move.

The Homeschool Skills & Progressions class provides a structured path for athletes ready to build on foundational gymnastics skills and work toward more advanced techniques in a smaller, focused group setting.

Both classes offer a supportive, age-appropriate environment where homeschool students can grow, make friends, and enjoy an active lifestyle.

Homeschool Gymnastics Class

Ages 4+ | Co-ed

1 Hour / Once a Week

Learn Skills. Build Confidence. Keep Progressing.

A structured gymnastics class for homeschool students who want to learn and develop gymnastics skills. Similar to our traditional recreational gymnastics classes, gymnasts will work on progressive skills using vault, bars, beam, floor, and other gymnastics equipment while developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body control.

Open to all ability levels. Skills and progressions are adapted to each gymnast's current level, allowing beginners to build a strong foundation while more experienced gymnasts continue working toward increasingly challenging skills.

Homeschool Movement & Fitness

Ages 5+ | Co-ed

45 Minutes / Once a Week

Move. Get Strong. Take on New Challenges.

A fun, active class designed to get homeschool kids moving! Participants will use gymnastics equipment, obstacle courses, games, and movement challenges to develop strength, agility, coordination, balance, flexibility, body awareness, and overall fitness. Activities may include climbing, jumping, swinging, balancing, crawling, and other challenges that build athletic skills that carry over into other sports and everyday movement.

No gymnastics experience is needed. This class focuses on movement, fitness, and having fun being active rather than progressing through a traditional gymnastics curriculum.
