The Y is Where Girls Rise

At the Woodson YMCA, we believe every girl deserves the chance to discover her strength, build confidence, and feel like she belongs in sports.

Our girls-only programs are designed to create a supportive, encouraging environment where participants can try new activities, develop skills, and grow as athletes and leaders no matter their experience level.

Whether she’s stepping onto the court for the first time or continuing her athletic journey, our programs focus on:

  • Building confidence and self-esteem
  • Developing skills at every level
  • Creating friendships and a sense of belonging
  • Encouraging teamwork, leadership, and resilience

Explore our current girls-only sports offerings below and find the right fit for your athlete.
