We offer a variety of free Group Exercise Classes weekly for our Y members. There is something for everyone, through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. Group Exercise is the perfect fit for someone who enjoys the encouragement of instructors and classmates.
Fitness Classes
A combination of pilates & yoga stretches and strengthening exercises which will lengthen and tone the whole body.
Each class trains the entire body with bodyweight activities, cardio interval drills and strength training.
Punch and kick your way to fitness with a dynamic martial arts-inspired workout for your entire body. Cardio Boxing.
Full Body strength with a focus on utilizing the body's center for stability and power throughout movement. Modified for all fitness levels.
45 minutes of light strengthening exercises followed by an entire body stretch including beginner Pilates and yoga moves. Great for all ages.

Each week class includes short exercise intervals with moderate to high impact exercises aimed at total body strength.

Spin / Cycling Classes
Come and enjoy a heart pumping ride while you pedal to the beat of great music. All levels welcome. Classes are limited to 30 participants. Beginners must come 10 minutes early for bike set-up.Â
Get an intense cardio and strength workout with this great new class. Power through your workout with a mix of cardio bursts on our state-of-the-art spin cycles and a body toning strength workout on the mat.
This class is a great way to get introduced to cycling as a fun form of lifelong exercise. You will use the resistance settlings on the bike as well as speed to modify the ride to suit your specific comfort level.
ForeverWell Active Adults & Low Impact
This workout utilizes a stability ball, mat, weights and a small resistance band. It is low impact, but works your glutes with bridges and squats, and your abs with the stability ball. This class is a good companion to the Full Body Fitness class just before!
Join us for an intermediate yoga style class. Although the movements are modifiable, anticipate moving from standing to floor position throughout the exercise.
The 55+ Strong class offers light strengthening exercises combining bodyweight exercises and/or other objects for additional resistance.

Low Impact Strength & Stretch - A class incorporating strength along with balance, and flexibility exercises. Secocond half of each class includes movement on the floor.

Zumba & Dance Fitess
Going to a wedding or an event that will have music and dancing?Then this is the class for you! Social dancing is a non-competitive version of ballroom dancing. This social dance class will be comprised of Foxtrot, Swing, and Line Dance. Social Ballroom Dance is designed to be used in dance settings we often are part of like weddings, nightclubs, business functions, or informal gatherings.
A fusion of Cardio and Aerobic dance moves that are synchronized to Bollywood Music.
Dance fitness class has a focus on cardiovascular exercise with easy-to-follow choreography that keeps you moving in an effort to raise your heart rate and have fun.
We’ll line dance our way to music from rock and roll, show tunes, Celtic music and everything in between! Our line dances incorporate steps from different ballroom dance styles. This is great practice if you are taking our ballroom classes or fun if you prefer to dance without a partner.
WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat!
Ditch the workout! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body. Dance the calories away!
Water Exercise
Participants wear flotation belts and other water props to aid in floating. The class uses water’s natural resistance to sculpt your muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness.

S'WETâ„¢ stands for Structured Water Exercise Training. It's an effective, high-intensity, low-impact water workout for just about any population. Come join us in the pool to build your strength, cardio and endurance!
55+ Aquatic Exercise is a water aerobics and strength class designed for all skill levels—even non-swimmers. This aqua exercise class offers a high-energy workout that reduces impact on your knees and back.

This class is structured as a slow flow with little to no standing. Poses are limited in number and held for four to six minutes, while focusing on the most major of joints, the hips. Props are available and encourages as participants allow both time and warmth to gently relax the muscle. This class is designed for the runner, walker, cycler or those who spend a lot of time sitting at their jobs.
Rejuvenate, reduce stress, increase flexibility & strength with this gentle yoga class introducing basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. The approach is gentle, supportive and caring. Â
Power yoga converts the practice of the poses in traditional yoga to a more active and athletic way, which means moving quickly through the poses, holding each pose for a shorter duration while coordinating the breath. The concept of power yoga is for building muscle strength and endurance.Â
Restorative Yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all ages and all levels, it is gentle, and passive with the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, or blankets. The props help you hold passive poses longer without exerting or tiring out your muscles. Restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on longer holds (1-2 minutes) stillness, and deep breathing.
Rise & Flow Yoga honoring individuals’ energetic levels earlier in the morning with sun salutations. Energize the body with flowing yoga poses, linking movement with the breath. Leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and peace.
Slow Flow move slowly through a series of fluid postures, flowing continuously through sequences of sun salutations and standing/seated postures. Emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully.
Slow flow yoga is a breath-based, mindful movement practice that brings us home to our body, breath, and mind, in the present moment. This class integrates strength, flexibility, and concentration through a series of traditional postures linked together through breath and movement.
Vinyasa Flow follows an arch structure, starting subtly, gaining power in the middle and slowing for a restorative finish. Class will have a focus on conscious breath synced with mindful movement. Options for modifications or advancements are given. You can expect to build heat and leave with an overall lightness.
The warmer room temperature will help you detoxify, improve your strength, flexibility and stamina, and melt away tension. Linking your breath and movement energizes your mind, body and spirit while creating a moving meditation. The room is heated to about 90 degrees.
Explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. Yoga focuses on postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
Flow is a yoga class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner. Linking movement with the breath is the primary focus. Beginners are welcome and will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving onto the more complex poses.
This slow flow practice is for all levels and all abilities. Student will have the option to use a chair for class or mat. They will learn breathing techniques and poses that will help them relieve stress and tension so they can meet their fitness goals.
Viniyoga style yoga practice is open to all ages and all levels. It incorporates repetition and stay, function over form, breath and body awareness. We move through a variety of yoga postures (asanas) within a gentle flow pace for overall health benefits.
