Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Certified in NASM, CFCS, Sports Performance, and USA Weightlifting

Susan is a highly experienced fitness coach with over two decades of expertise, holding certifications in strength and conditioning, athletic performance, boxing, kickboxing, yoga, and dance, complemented by a Master’s degree in Health and Exercise Psychology.

Susan integrates physical activity, movement, and the mind-body connection with nutrition, daily habits, and mindset, offering a holistic and integrative approach to her coaching. In recent years, Susan’s personal journey through peri-menopause has fueled her deep dive into research and education on peri- and post-menopause. Passionate about empowering women, she is dedicated to helping them navigate this transformative phase with confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of vitality.
