Personalize Your Fitness
Y Trainers offer personal attention to your specific needs. You will learn proper technique and get customized training plans. With our encouragement and your dedication, you will stay on track and meet your goals.
Through one-on-one guidance and encouragement, our personal trainers help you to determine and achieve your personal fitness goals with safe techniques to meet your specific needs. Each session is one hour in length and scheduled at your convenience.

• 24 hour notice required to cancel a session with your trainer or you will be charged the full amount.
GROUP TRAINING TYPES
Excellent value with close instructor supervision. We will match you with a group of up to 4 participants in a session. Develop a customized exercise program with a Y trainer. Cost of the group training is split between 2-4 people.

Mastering Your Race Training: Whether it’s a 5K, Marathon or Triathlon our small group training will help you achieve your goals and preform your best at any race. The class will work on targeted toning and specific for athletes of all levels. You’ll get the personalized attention of a trainer and the motivation of a group to help you push yourself that extra mile.
Boxing- A Full Body Workout: 7 weeks of personalized training in a small group setting. We'll help relieve the stress and aggravations of the week with a high energy boxing bag session, and then mix it up with strength and cardio intervals for a total body workout. Small group motivation with personalized tips to help you meet your goals.
Head-to-Toe Training: 7 weeks of personalized strength exercises aimed at toning up your entire body. Work with a personal trainer in a small group setting to maximize your exercise potential and work towards a strong, fit and toned body. We’ll use a combination of bodyweight and free weight exercises and you’ll get tips on ramping up your cardio workouts to compliment your new toning routine!
Ultimate Cross Training: Great for athletes or just to add a different flavor to any workout. 7 weeks of intense training to help you meet your goals. Find out the most effective ways to train in the pool, on the track/treadmill, on the bike and in the strength center. A taste of all these disciplines will help aspiring triathletes, marathoners or everyday exercisers reach their fitness goals. Includes 2 sessions in the pool—dates to be determined—and 5 sessions in the aerobics studio. Build the body you want with help from a personal trainer in a small group setting.
Balance, Strength & Flexibility: 7 weeks of exercises meant to help you maintain and improve your balance, overall strength and flexibility. This class is designed for new exercisers as well as those who need an extra boost of fitness in those areas due to injury, age or ability. Get personalized attention for your specific exercise needs. Build strength for everyday life in a no pressure environment!
Yoga Personal Service
Kerri Spromberg, ERYT-200, specializes in working with yoga poses and flows to aid in muscle and tension release. The idea is to provide a sequence along with our breath to loosen specific muscles that tend to be tight from athletic conditioning or general areas that typically cause pain such as the neck, back, hips, and shoulders. Poses can help lengthen muscles, lubricate joints and help detox and aid digestion.
