A Parkinson’s Disease Management Program
ROCK STEADY BOXING
Fighting Back: One Punch at a Time
Rock Steady Boxing is a specialized, non-contact fitness program designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Through boxing-inspired exercises, participants work on improving balance, coordination, strength, agility, and overall mobility in a supportive and empowering environment.
Classes are led by a trained coach who adapts each workout to meet varying ability levels, ensuring that every participant can safely challenge themselves and progress at their own pace. Beyond the physical benefits, Rock Steady Boxing also fosters a strong sense of community, helping participants build confidence, reduce isolation, and improve quality of life.
By combining structured exercise with encouragement and camaraderie, Rock Steady Boxing helps individuals fight back against the symptoms of Parkinson’s—one punch at a time.
