Camp Sturtevant

Registration Information

Registration is Open!

Camp Sturtevant has partnered with a new on-line registration system for camps called CampMinder.

CampMinder makes it easy for parents to register their child or children all in one account.

Now all of your campers information is in one place and completely electronic. Accounts can be updated at any time to better serve our parents and staff.

We do not allow individual day enrollments. Campers must register for a full week of summer camp.

Scholarships & Financial Assistance

Woodson YMCA Camp Sturtevant has scholarships available for campers.

We ask that you reach out to Child Care Assistance through the State of Wisconsin and the Good Start Grant through Childcaring.

You must be denied from these programs or have special circumstances to receive scholarships.

The best way to start the process for financial assistance is going to the ChildCaring website and start by applying for Wisconsin Shares program. Even if you receive a scholarship, you will have a co-pay.

Woodson YMCA Scholarship & Financial Assistance is available through registration. See Step 1.

Do you have State Assistance you want applied to Camp?
If Yes: Follow all registration steps and only fill out the Woodson YMCA Scholarship & Financial Assistance application if you have been denied from both CCA and Good Start Grant.

As you work through the steps of registering you will need to have a valid card or bank account on file. This will not be charged until we know your assistance.

Following filling out the financial page DO NOT hit continue as this will charge you for the deposit. The deposit may be covered by your assistance and applied later.

DO hit "Save for Later" and close your application. If you do not save for later, we will not have records of it.

Immediately following your application, email svick@woodsonymca.com.

Please copy and provide the information below.

  • Confirm that you have completed their Application Online (This is Required)
