Our Youth Performance Training classes focus on building the key physical skills athletes need to excel ‒ agility, strength and flexibility ‒ through fun, targeted exercises inspired by gymnastics training methods. Whether you're into soccer, dance, cheer or any other sport, these classes will help you move better, stay strong, and reduce injury risk.

Youth Performance Training: Strength, Agility & Flexibility
Boys & Girls Ages 5-9
30 Minutes / Once a Week
Our Youth Performance Training Class is designed to develop foundational athletic skills in young athletes. Through fun gymnastics-inspired exercises, kids build coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility in a supportive, engaging environment. This calls sets the stage for more specialized training as they grow.

Youth Performance Training: Strength, Agility & Flexibility
Boys & Girls Ages 9-14
45 Minutes / Once a Week
Our Youth Performance Training Class is designed specifically for middle school athletes, this class focuses on advances agility, strength, and flexibility training to enhance athletic performance across all sports. Using gymnastics-inspires drills and conditioning, participates will improve explosive power, dynamic balance, and muscular endurance This program supports sport-specific skill development while promoting injury prevention and overall athletic growth in a challenging yet supportive environment.
