2012 Community Partners Campaign Now in Progress: The Woodson YMCA has a strong history of never turning anyone away from YMCA involvement due to the inability to pay. January 2nd through January 31st - "Resolution Solution" Join the YMCA anytime during the month and participate in The Solution to help jump start your New Year Resolution! For more information go to Events.

Saturday, January 28th – “The Warrior Challenge” Join us for this exciting challenge between members and non-members of the YMCA and the US Air Force!  For more information go to Events.

Saturday, February 4th - "Father-Daughter Sweetheart Dance" A special evening of music, dancing and refreshments for girls ages 3 and older and their dad or favorite male role model.  For more information go to Events.

Sunday, February 26th – “Pedal It Forward!” A 3-hour indoor cycling ride that supports those in need.  Funds raised support the YMCA’s Community Partners Campaign.  For more information go to Events.

Saturday, March 3rd – “Kirk Fleischauer Memorial Doubles Paddleball Tournament” Double Elimination Tournament beginning at 11:am at the Wausau Branch.  For more information, please go to Events.

Week of March 26-30th – “Begin to Swim” Week a one-week swim lesson program designed to teach water safety and swimming skills.  For more information go to Events.

LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA
LIVESTRONG is a 12-week small group program designed for cancer survivors who have recently become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease.  It is our goal to support cancer survivors in their pursuit of health and well-being by building muscle mass and muscle strength, flexibility, endurance and improve functional ability.  The starting date for the next 12 week session will be announced soon.  This program is free for members and $90 for non-members.  Click here for a LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA brochure.
