WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR MY CHILD?
TUMBLE TIGERS- Girls/Boys 5-6 yrs:
This class bridges the gap from pre-school gymnastics to transition into the “Big” Gym. A fun, exciting class using all girls’ pieces of equipment. Learn proper body placement while tumbling and moving in a structured class. No previous gymnastics experience is necessary.
BEGINNING GYMTRICKS –Girls/Boys ages 5 yrs. and older:
Fun, exciting class using all girls’ pieces of equipment. No previous gymnastics experience is necessary. Learn proper body placement while tumbling and moving in a structured class. Classes will enhance motor development, coordination, poise, and agility while building self-confidence and athletic development for all sports.
GYMTRICKS 2-Girls/Boys ages 6 yrs. and older:
Gymnasts can further develop skills in Gymtricks 2. Skill development is through strong basics developed in Beginning Gymtricks and follows progressions established through USA Gymnastics. Gymnasts should be able to do the following: Pull-up on bars plus lunge, donkey kick and forward roll.
JUNIOR OLYMPICS- Girls ages 6 yrs. and older:
A highly structured, fast paced program teaching the appropriate Junior Olympic skills for levels 1, 2, and 3 in gymnastics. Team building, poise, agility and increased self-confidence are all benefits. Many gymnasts from these classes are invited to be on our competitive gymnastics team. Gymnasts should be able to do the following: Pull-up and lift legs to bars plus cartwheel and handstand against the wall.
*Must have instructor approval before registering. Great for the gymnast advanced beyond the Junior Olympics 3 classes. Instruction is given on all events. Prior gymnastics experience is a must.
BOYS GYMNASTICS- Ages 6-12 yrs:
This class uses the vault, parallel bars, rings, high bar and floor exercise for boys. Gymnastics is a great conditioner for other sports boys are involved in building great upper body strength and balance. No experience is necessary for the Monday 4 pm class. *Monday 5 pm class is for boys with previous gymnastics experience, instructor recommendation required.
Schools Out Gymnastics Camps

Girls Junior Olympic and Recreational Gymnastics Summer Camp – Ages 5 and up Five day camp; no previous experience required. Daily skill work on all four events; vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Focus will be on the USAG Junior Olympic program levels 1, 2, 3, and 4. Mini clinics will be given on each event all week. Gymnast will be grouped according to ability level.
Girls Handspring and Walkover Skills Camp – Ages 6 and up Four day camp focusing on progressions leading up to front/back handsprings and front/back walkovers. These all important gymnastics skills are the building blocks for strong tumbling. Camp is perfect for the Level 3 and up gymnast or cheerleader wanting to learn the back handspring skill. A strong cartwheel and handstand is required.
Beam/Bars Skills Camp- Girls ages 6 and up This 4-day camp focuses on progressions leading up to back walkovers, back handsprings and cartwheels on balance beam; kips and fly away dismounts on bars. Perfect for Levels 4 and up. A strong handstand on beam and pull-up pull-over on bars is required.
BOYS ONLY Gymnastics Camp- Ages 5 -12 years 3-day camp which will include instruction on vault, high bar, floor exercise, rings and parallel bars. In addition to these events there will be gymnastics games to promote strength, flexibility and balance. No prior experience is needed. Gymnasts are placed in groups according to ability. Excellent as a strength training tool for other sports boys are involved in. The final day will conclude with our special awards ceremony.
Girls Competitive Camp – Levels 2 to 9 Five day camp; must be on or invited to a competitive gymnastics team to enroll in camp. Focus will be on skill building with proper body technique. Motivational and encouraging coaches prepare progressions for necessary fundamentals and drills for safety. Skill goal sheets will be filled out the first day of camp to focus on campers’ individual needs. Competitive camp offers 1 week designated for gymnasts in Levels 2-4 and 1 week designated for gymnasts in Levels 5-9.
Fun events – tumble trak, tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, obstacle course races and group activities! Gymnastics birthday parties available for all ages – all year round on Saturdays. Call 715-845-2177, ext. 162 for more information or to check availability.
Open Gym Time
Participants work on skill development in a fun, non-structured environment with an instructor supervising all activity. Open to all participants in our gymnastics programs. Fee: $5 for Members and $10 for Non-Members.
