About Me:  "I know that people of all ages and abilities can achieve their goals. Have you ever dreamed of hiking the Grand Canyon? Or wanted to maintain your current activity level after being diagnosed with a disease such as Parkinson’s? Or maybe just wanted to lose the last 5, 10, 20 or even 50 pounds? These are just a few examples of goals achieved by my clients in my first two years as a personal trainer. Gaining and losing hundreds of pounds in my life has given me the inside scoop on what it takes to achieve and accept your body’s picture of healthy. Whether you need a coach, a cheerleader, or just a partner; I will be with you every step of the way. With 12+ years of experience leading group classes including aerobics, step aerobics, strength and conditioning, cycling and cardio boxing; I can put together a workout plan specifically tailored for you."

I am grateful to have worked with a variety of people in fitness clubs and corporate settings, and with clients ranging in age from preschool to retirement. It is truly satisfying to observe my clients growing stronger and more confident with every workout. I enjoy designing fun and varied workouts to challenge the body while safely improving overall strength and fitness."

I have always tried to keep exercise as a constant in my life as it benefits me physically, mentally and emotionally. Whether someone is new to exercise or just looking to change up their workout routine, I will do whatever I can to help because I want to see people have success in all aspects of their lives. There’s a good chance you’ll see me around the Y either lifeguarding, working out, or playing basketball so feel free to stop me and say hi!"
