PAULA DAMASK
About Me:  "I know that people of all ages and abilities can achieve their goals. Have you ever dreamed of hiking the Grand Canyon? Or wanted to maintain your current activity level after being diagnosed with a disease such as Parkinson’s? Or maybe just wanted to lose the last 5, 10, 20 or even 50 pounds? These are just a few examples of goals achieved by my clients in my first two years as a personal trainer. Gaining and losing hundreds of pounds in my life has given me the inside scoop on what it takes to achieve and accept your body’s picture of healthy. Whether you need a coach, a cheerleader, or just a partner; I will be with you every step of the way. With 14+ years of experience leading group classes including aerobics, step aerobics, strength and conditioning, cycling and cardio boxing; I can put together a workout plan specifically tailored for you."

MATTHEW LADEWIG

Why I enjoy training:  "Goals a person achieves at the gym can roll over into other areas of life. When clients begin to notice their progress, they feel better overall. When you work to achieve a goal and you can see and feel that tangible change in yourself, you feel rewarded. As long as the person is working on a goal, I can help get them there. We use that improvement and apply it to other areas."

LAURA LAWLER

About Me:  "I began exercising regularly back in college, when I used dance and weight training to help cope with the stress of school. I found that regular physical activity positively impacted every aspect of my life, and now I enjoy helping my clients discover their own health and happiness through active living. It is truly satisfying to observe my clients growing stronger and more confident with every workout. I enjoy designing fun and varied workouts to challenge the body while safely improving overall strength and fitness."

LOGAN MACKENZIE
Why I enjoy training:  "I enjoy working with people in the fitness industry because I am able to help them create progressive and positive change in their lives. It is a very addictive feeling to be able to aid in someone else’s self-development and witness them learn that they can achieve something they previously thought they couldn’t. I believe this adds to an individual’s self worth and confidence. When people are positively motivated to be physically able, mentally sound and are properly guided, the community benefits. And finally, training others forces me to lead by example which keeps me accountable and on track with my own mind, body and spiritual growth."

SARA PINSONNEAULT

Why I enjoy training:  "I enjoy being a personal trainer because I love fitness and sharing my passion with other people. We only get this one body and it’s amazing to see what our bodies are capable of.  I help change people’s lives for the better and that is incredibly rewarding.  I also like people and have established many friendships that otherwise may not have developed if it wasn’t for my career."

ALAN STENGER
About Me: "I enjoy building relationships with people in order to help them discover and develop a healthy and active lifestyle. Having worked in healthcare since 2010, I have seen firsthand the cumulative effects of neglected health, nutrition, and physical activity as they contribute to disease and damage people’s lives. Drawing on skills developed through education and experience in psychology, counseling, personal training, and healthcare allows me to motivate and empower others to build a belief in their own ability to meet challenges and complete tasks successfully. I love helping people identify and overcome the obstacles, excuses, and distractions in their path, then work toward significant, long-lasting results.
I can’t do it for you, but I’ll be there with you!

CHUCK ZOROMSKI

Why I enjoy training:   "Fitness isn’t being the fastest or strongest or best in the world. To me fitness is realizing the potential within ourselves and bringing it out. That’s why I wanted this profession. I want to show everyone what is deep within themselves. It’s not me lifting the weights. It’s not me putting in the work. It’s all them and no one can take that away. The dedication can’t be bought, it must be earned."
