Our therapists offer sessions in Swedish massage, deep tissue and sports therapy, neuro muscular/muscular release technique and hot stone massage. You will benefit from relaxation, stress reduction and specialized therapy for repetitive use or sports-related muscular pain. Whirlpool, steam and sauna available to use before or after your massage. Schedule an appointment through our Member Service Center at 715-845-2177. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments available. PLEASE NOTE: Massage department is temporarily off site one block north of the Woodson YMCA Wausau Branch.
