This 12 week fitness program is FREE to members.  The goal is to help participants develop a healthy lifestyle.  Participants have four one-on-one appointments with a trained Commit to Fit personal coach.  Together, coach and participants design a program that is structured to fit the individual’s needs and goals.  Sign up at the Welcome Center.


YMCA Personal Trainers are committed to helping you improve your physical fitness, health and overall quality of life. Through one on one guidance and encouragement, our Y trainers help you to determine and achieve your personal fitness goals and aid in the development of your very own personal program. Each session is one hour in length and is scheduled at your convenience. Single session, 4-session or 10-session packages available for members and non-members. Corporate members can schedule 3 personal training sessions for only $60 (new clients only).

Find a friend or two and work out together with a personal trainer to develop a program to meet your fitness goals. Maximum four participants per session.

The Physical Therapy Program is an easy way for an individual to transition from supervised therapeutic exercise to an independent exercise routine for continuation of a healthy lifestyle. This four-week program will continue therapeutic intervention with your therapist one time per week, coinciding with one appointment per week with a YMCA strength trainer. The program allows unlimited access for four weeks at both YMCA facilities. Scheduled weekly appointments with your therapist will continue to be billed through your insurance company.
