Water Exercise

Water Exercise is a great program to work on cardio endurance as well as strength training. Water exercise has been proven to be low impact on our body but very beneficial to your health. The Mosinee Community is proud to offer many class times for our shallow end class. Starting this fall we are offering our deep end intense workout once a week. Our punch card system makes water exercise affordable. The cost is just $25 for 17 punches. View the current Program Guide for more detailed information.
