May 1- 31, 2018 Join #1000in30

Another reason to stay committed to your goals next month. Be part of our first #1000in30 Challenge launching May 1st and you can earn yourself a Y duffel bag. Track ANY workout minutes inside the Y (either branch) from May 1 – May 31. Complete 1000 minutes in 30 days to complete the challenge (ages 16+)! Sign up at the Member Service Center of either branch to get your tracking sheet starting   Tuesday, May 1. Work alone, work with a friend. Swim, attend group exercise classes, play basketball, racquetball, anything that gets you moving! 

 

It’s FREE to participate! You track your own time and turn in completed #1000in30 tracking sheets at the desk.

11 90-min workouts

17 60-min workouts

23 45-min. workouts

34 30-min workouts

(More than 1 workout allowed per day.)

 

Have fun with it and post workout pics with #1000in30 and you might inspire others. You have until May 31, 2018 to complete the challenge!

To thank you for being a Woodson YMCA member, we want to give you $20 in Y bucks to use toward a month of membership or to use for a Woodson YMCA class or program for each regular Woodson YMCA member you recruit!
• New members must retain memberships at least 3 months. (excludes short-term memberships)
• New members must designate referring member’s name on the Y’s membership application when they sign up and begin their membership.
• Y-Bucks cannot be combined with other membership offers or discount programs.
• Y-Bucks expire one year from the date they are issued to the referring member.
