Animal Babies

Insects, Bugs & Other Ughs!!

Wilderness Survival

Explorers will engage in an array of outdoor exploration on the Y property, with the goal of exploring nature and having fun! The kids will be outside for the majority of the time. Explorers is offered to students of various ages depending on the theme, gathering for 3 hours each day.

Class Instructor: Stephanie Feuerstein is an environmental educator with over 20 years of experience. She primarily works with pre-school and elementary level students, but she has shared her love of nature and the outdoors with people of all ages. Her programs are dynamic and diverse, consisting of hands-on, interactive activities that allow the participants to learn through fun and engaging experiences. Be prepared to go off trail and get down and dirty with Stephanie as she leads you and your children through all kinds of explorations in nature.
