Fitness Feast (Thanksgiving Day)
Members & Non-Members - Before you tackle that turkey, get in a Thanksgiving workout at our Fitness Feast.
Two options for the holiday morning at the Aspirus Branch.
“Turkey Shred” 8:15- 9:15 am
It's a boot camp type experience for any fitness level. This class makes use of the entire gym with a blast of cardio and strength movements.
“Turkey Tabata” 9:15- 10:15 am
Heidi will combine cardio interval drills and strength training for all over body toning.
