        *    Triathlon shirt to all participants
        *    Professionally timed
        *    Awards to top 3 finishers in each age category, except for teams - First place only will be awarded in
             Team category
        *    Overall winners M/F Long & Short (no team)
        *    Awards must be picked up race day - no exceptions
        *    Recognition awards to 10, 15 & 20 year participants
        *    Bike/helmet check -
             Monday-Thursday at Builer's Cycle & Fitness Center (during store hours)
             Friday, July 31st, 4:00-6:00 pm at the Woodson YMCA
             Saturday, August 1, 6:00-8:00 am at Sunnyvale Transition Area.
        *    Post Triathlon Lunch.  Free professional sports massage after race for athletes.
        *    Complete list of rules, map, motels and more will be sent with a confirmation packet.  Self-addressed
             envelope required.  Call 1-800-236-9728 for motel/hotel information.  Call 261-1570 (Marathon Park) for camping information.
        *    Undesignated teams will automatically be put in the mixed category.
        *    Limit 475 entries, first come, first served.
        *    Must be 16 years old to swim.

CAN YOU DYG IT?

 

DYG (D.A.R.E. YMCA Graduate) is your guide to a healthy lifestyle and unforgettable experiences at the Woodson YMCA

The only program of its kind, DYG allows teenagers to participate in monthly activities with their fellow D.A.R.E. graduates and friends to continue learning and experiencing the benefits of a drug free and active lifestyle by learning more from area D.A.R.E. officers and participating in some of the most exciting activities around!

How To Get Involved?

Those interested in joining DYG will be given the opportunity to purchase a DYG t-shirt for a $10 fee.   This t-shirt serves as your ticket to all DYG events for one year.  Teens may register at either Woodson YMCA branches.
