BALANCE & STRETCH: Focus and work through balance and stretching exercises to achieve greater flexibility and improved fitness.
BARRE/BARRE FUSION: A combination of Pilates/yoga stretches and strengthening exercises which will lengthen and tone the whole body.
BEGINNER YOGA*: Beginner flow class where both new and experienced yoga enthusiasts are welcome. If the thought of yoga has seemed intimidating in the past, this is the class for you. Come learn some of the most common poses found in a typical practice. Class will be physically challenging with a slower pace targeting a beginner with the idea of making students comfortable with branching out to other classes.
BOOTCAMP: Each class trains the entire body with bodyweight activities, cardio interval drills and strength training.
BOXING EXPRESS: A 30-minute boxing class that focuses on upper and lower body boxing moves and incorporates cardiovascular activity.
BOXING FUSION: Combine boxing techniques and fuse in the elements of plyometrics and strength to make a quick 30-minute high intensity circuit class. No gloves used in class.
BOXING & BAGS/CARDIO BOX: Punch and kick your way to fitness with a dynamic martial arts inspired workout for your entire body that also trains your heart.
CARDIO & STRENGTH FRIDAY NIGHT ROTATION: Rotation of cardio/strength 45 minute classes to kick off your weekend.
CARDIO, BUTT, & ABS: This class includes cardio-respiratory exercise and also training of prime target areas such as abs, hips, butt and upper thigh.
CORE AND MORE: A class that focuses on developing muscle strength and endurance throughout the core. This class is a supplement of Yoga to enhance core center strength.
CYCLE EXPRESS: An excellent low impact cycling class. Shortened to 30 minutes long.
CYCLING: Come enjoy a heart-pumping ride while you pedal to the beat of great music. Join us for a non-impact, adult fitness program for all abilities and ages. Classes are limited to 30 participants. Beginners must come 10 minutes early for bike set-up!
DEEP RELEASE YOGA*: This class is structured as a slow flow with little to no standing poses. Class is designed for the runner, walker or biker or those who spend a lot of time sitting at their jobs. Poses are held for four to six minutes while focusing on the most major of joints, the hips. Props are available to gently relax the muscle.
DYNAMIC STRETCH & STRENGTH: Activate muscles, improve range of motion, feel more limber. Improve body awareness, enhance performance and power. If you are trying to get stronger, build more muscle, or simply perform better, dynamic routines are a great addition to your workouts. All to the slow, steady rhythm of reggae music.
FLEXIBLE STRENGTH: 30 minutes of light strengthening exercises followed by an entire body stretch including beginner Pilates and yoga moves. Great for all ages.
FLOW & STRETCH*: This is a combination of a Vinyasa Flow Class and deep stretching. This class is great for any beginner to moderate level participant.
FULL BODY MOVES: Get a full-body workout that targets areas such as the shoulders, back, chest, hips, thighs and buttocks. The exercises follow a format that allows for no rest in between. The tempo of the exercises fluctuates from slow to pulsing repetitions that allow for a more intense workout.
FULL BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Get strong and lean with a total body weight workout. Emphasis is on lifting weights to help build and tone muscle.
GENTLE STRETCH: Reduce stress and muscle tension and increase range of motion. Good for all ages.
HATHA YOGA*: This class is a great place for those who just want to take it slower or are a beginner to intermediate level. Hatha Yoga combines postures (asanas) with conscious breathing (Pranayama) while developing flexibility, balance, endurance, strength and mental clarity. Students can expect to develop body awareness and explore alignment of bones and joints to the varied postures while using blocks and a strap.
HIIT ZEN: High Intensity Interval Training class that incorporates stretching and yoga like poses to create a well-balanced workout. Low impact options are provided.
HOT YOGA*: practiced in a studio heated to approximately 95-103 degrees with 40% humidity. This class will go through an intense series of standing poses twice, followed by seated postures, backbends, and ending with savasana (relaxation pose). Bring water, a towel for your mat, prepare to sweat, and be rejuvenated!
INSANITY: The Insanity Workout is packed with plyometric drills on top of non-stop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves. No equipment or weights needed. Just the will to get the hardest body you’ve ever had.
INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING: Full body strength class goes back to the basics. Strength training workout targeting most major muscle groups. Learn proper form and weight lifting technique, so you can safely and effectively tone and sculpt for a stronger you.
KETTLEBELL EXPRESS: This 30-minute workout teaches the foundations of kettlebells. Participants will learn to swing, snatch and press with proper technique. Combines cardio and strength for the ultimate express workout.
LIVESTRONG: A 12 week small group exercise program designed for cancer survivors who have become de-conditioned/chronically fatigued from their treatment and disease.
PILATES*: Challenge your core while sculpting longer and leaner muscles. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and defines core muscles to engage to stabilize your torso. Exercises range in difficulty from beginning to advanced.
PLYO HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training class to help you maximize your workout. Low impact options are provided.
POUND: Pound is the hottest trend in fitness right now. It combines Pilates moves with rhythmic beats. Pound features cardio and toning moves and it’s tons of fun! Rip Stix provided. No experience necessary.
POWER VINYASA*: This class is a specifically sequenced set of postures designed to tone, create mindfulness and body alignment. This yoga class is designed for all students.
PUMP & JUMP: An interval class that combines strength and cardio for a full body workout. Weights and other equipment are mixed into cardio routines.
R.I.P.P.E.D.: Combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable, and extremely effective.
SALUTE TO THE SALUTATIONS*: Step into the morning with an energizing flow. Traditionally in a yoga practice we rise and shine with a practice involving the sun salutations. Find your flow for the day on the mat.
SILVER SNEAKERS: Increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities of daily living. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
SLOW FLOW*: Yoga based on traditional Ashtanga and Iyengar practices. It is designed to build strength with your own body, flowing slow and holding deep positions to release the excess fascia from the muscles allowing the muscle to build, work properly and gain flexibility. Purposefully and with intent moving in and out of positions and critiquing the posture.
STEP INTERVAL: A combination of step aerobics and strengthening exercises. The strengthening exercises will help reduce body fat and improve bone density.
STEP: Easy-to-follow moves on the step that blast calories and provide a fast-paced and enjoyable workout. Workout incorporates various steps to upbeat music. Step aerobics is an efficient cardio workout that can help you improve your fitness and your health, while strengthening the lower body and core.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: This non-choreographed, total body weight workout focuses on lifting weights to help build and tone muscle.
STRENGTH SOLUTIONS: This weight training class focuses on a total body workout. The class will incorporate weight training as well as a functional training utilizing various equipment.
STRETCH & STRENGTH: 45-minute class that will help improve muscular endurance, preserve bone health and increase strength and balance.
STRONG BY ZUMBA: A music-led interval training class. HIIT movements in sync with energizing music to increase your workout intensity. Have fun, push harder!
SUPER SATURDAY: Burn those weekend calories during this hour of cardio and strength. Rotating class each week!
TABATA BOOTCAMP: A great cardio blast with short intervals of 20-second exercises. You’ll get a total body workout. This high intensity class helps burn fat and calories even long after you complete the workout.
TABATA CARDIO AND STRENGTH: The Tabata Sequence, the ultimate cardio workout to burn fat, is an intense interval training protocol that increases metabolism and improves aerobic and anaerobic endurance. This high-intensity class helps burn fat and calories even long after you complete your workout.
TAI CHI: Our Tai Chi class provides exercise for the body and concentration for the mind. The gentle movements of Tai Chi will help relieve stress, improve your balance and flexibility and flow through everyday life. Easy to learn.
TONE AND STRETCH: Basic bodyweight and light free weight strength training intermixed with flexibility training to tone the entire body quickly and effectively.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: Combine full body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get Total Conditioning. This workout uses a variety of equipment and cycle activity with built-in recovery for an efficient, easy to follow workout.
TRX: This complete bodyweight training station delivers optimal results for people of all ages and fitness levels. The TRX cleverly uses your body to create resistance and controls precisely how difficult each exercise is simply by shifting your weight. Keep it simple or challenge your limits!
TURBO KICK: The ultimate cardiovascular challenge: sport specific warmup, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing and a Tai Chi-like cool down.
VINYASA FLOW (YOGA)*: An appropriately styled vinyasa flow that meets your needs on that particular day. Suitable for beginners to advanced with many options for poses. Vinyasa means movement with the breath so there will be some holds but may only last a total of 10 breaths.
YOGA BODY BOOTCAMP: This yoga-fitness hybrid is crazy fun. Move through bootcamp stations that mix up cardio and strength poses. It is an ever-evolving workout that burns calories while quieting the mind.
YOGA FOR ALL*: Students are introduced to a variety of postures and breath work within a moderate pace “flow” yoga style. Focusing on breath and body awareness moving through yoga postures with healthy alignment. Open to beginners and continuing students.
YOGA ROTATION: Early morning flow with rotating instructors to build balance and strength each week.
ZUMBA: Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to
follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that is tons of fun. Dance away the calories!
ZUMBA GOLD: Try a modified Zumba class at a lower intensity. Class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
