These camps expose young (ages 7-13), promising swimmers to a variety of competitive swimming concepts in a creative setting. The focus is on stroke instruction, training methods, and developing mental toughness. Central Wisconsin Swim Camps also feature videotape analysis, several guest coaches, team building, cross training, and lots of small group work. Swimmers are provided with a nutritious snack each day and a free t-shirt. Camps are held in June and August.
DEEP WATER EXERCISE
Participants wear buoyancy belts and other water props to aid in floating. The class uses water’s natural resistance to sculpt your muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness.
AQUA FIT IN THE DEEP
A high energy aerobic workout in the water with low impact effects. Includes cardio and flexibility work as well as strength training through water resistance. This class can easily be adjusted for your ability level.
