Through one-on-one guidance and encouragement,
our personal trainers help you to determine and
achieve your personal fitness goals with safe
techniques to meet your specific needs. Each
session is one hour in length and scheduled at your

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Find a friend or two and workout together with a
trainer to develop a program to meet your fitness
goals. Maximum of 4 participants in a session.
1 hour, cost split between 2-4 people
