ENTRY FEE:
A non-refundable entry fee is charged to all new YMCA memberships or memberships lapsed more than 30 days.  If your company is a corporate member, you do not pay joiner's fees.

DAILY MEMBERSHIP RATES:
Visit the YMCA with a member for 1 day.  These may be purchased at either YMCA branch.  Day passes must be purchased by a YMCA member.

MASTERCARD/VISA:
The YMCA accepts MasterCard and Visa for program registration and membership fees.    You may mail or phone in program registrations and membership renewals.

PROGRAM REFUND POLICY:
Requests for program refunds will be processed in the following manner:

Submit written request and a copy of receipt to the Program Director.  Apply no later than 7 days prior to the start of the program.

Refund options are:
1.  Full credit toward a future program.
2.  Refund minus $3.00 service charge per check.
3.  No refunds on special events unless otherwise stated.
4.  Program cancelled by YMCA equals full refund.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS:
A photo membership I.D. is required.  If you lose your card, a $3.00 processing fee will be charged for a replacement.  ALL members must have a photo ID.

SCANNING CARDS:
Scanning cards means better security and better service to our members.  To protect your membership investment and keep fee increases to a minimum, members are required to present their membership card each time they visit the YMCA.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS & WELLNESS PROGRAMS:
Currently there are over 30 Wausau area companies with YMCA Corporate Memberships.  Employees of these companies benefit by the contribution of their company.  To find out if your company has a corporate membership, or if your company is interested in a corporate membership, contact Kathy Peterson at ext. 110.

PHOTO POLICY:
YMCA programs and events are often photographed for promotional purposes.  If you do not wish to be included, please inform the photographer.

AWAY PROGRAM:
"Always Welcome at YMCA's"  program allows you to visit us from another YMCA up to 12 free times.  After 12 visits you may purchase a day pass at 1/2 price.

MEN'S & WOMEN'S (ADULT) LOCKER ROOMS:
YMCA members who are 16 years old and above may use the Men's and Women's north and south adult locker rooms.  Children under the age of 16 are NOT allowed in either gender adult locker room.  This includes usage of the whirlpool, sauna or steam room in either the Men's or Women's adult locker rooms.  Adult locker rooms also include, exercise room, lounge, TV, magazines, shampoo. soap and body lotion.  Please bring or rent a padlock for lockers.  Padlocks are available to rent or purchase at all check-in desks.

ONE WISCONSIN
The "One Wisconsin - One YMCA" program offers members from other Wisconsin YMCAs the opportunity to use either Woodson YMCA branch facility up to 8 visits monthly or 12 visits annually.  If visits exceed these amounts, we ask that you consider joining the Woodson YMCA, if your home-town YMCA is not used as frequently.

FAMILY LOCKER ROOMS
MEN & BOYS
WOMEN & GIRLS:
Children 6-15 years of age or adults accompanying children of the same sex as the adult must use the gender specific family locker rooms located on the south lower level of the facilities.  Please bring or rent a padlock when using the lockers, and remove it before leaving.  Showers are required before entering the pools.   Please dry off in the shower room before returning to the locker room to prevent slippery floors.  Remove shoes before entering the "wet" areas of the shower rooms and pool deck.

Children 6 years of age and under of the opposite sex of the parent or guardian bringing them, must use the Special Needs locker rooms with their parent or the adult gender appropriate family locker room.

SPECIAL NEEDS LOCKER ROOM:
Coed private locker rooms are available for individuals who need help with showering and changing.  Families desiring to remain together may also use the Special Needs locker room.  This area is locked at the Wausau branch.  Keys are available at the South Desk to adults only.

GUEST PASSES:
As a service to members, on your anniversary date you are mailed two complimentary Guest Passes to be used at each member's discretion.  Our day passes require that day members have a member sponsorship.  This policy ensures that the YMCA remains focused on its members by offering a safe and positive atmosphere, priority in program areas and a clean facility.  We welcome you as a member to bring in potential members to try our facilities for a day.  Please contact any YMCA Director for details on acquiring guest passes for potential members.  Thank you for your support.

YMCA   TOURS:
YMCA staff is available to give tours any time during normal facility hours.  If you are not familiar with our facilities, we encourage you to participate in this orientation.                                 

PARKING:
Parking is available at both YMCA locations at no cost.  The downtown facility has additional free parking next to City Bike Works on Third Street.

DRESS CODE:
We do not have a dress code, but ask that you keep in mind the YMCA Christian values and refrain from wearing offensive attire when using the facilities.

YMCA BEHAVIOR POLICY:
Membership at the Woodson YMCA & Aspirus YMCA is a privilege.  The Woodson YMCA & Aspirus YMCA, to the extent not otherwise prohibited by applicable law, reserves the right to deny, condition, or revoke membership of any individual who (i) is arrested for, charged with, or convicted of sex offenses as that term is defined in Wis. Stat. ss 301.45(1d)(b);   (ii) is arrested for, charged with, or convicted of other crimes inconsistent with the values of the YMCA, including crimes involving moral turpitude or bodily harm; or  (iii) engages in inappropriate behavior or other misconduct on or near the property of the YMCA, including, but not limited to, profanity, abusive language, inappropriate attire, smoking, consumption of alcohol, or removal or damage of YMCA property.
